Fee schedule

For private pay patients, the fee schedule is as follows for appointment durations:

• Initial Consultations up to 90 minutes: $350**

• 10-minute(s or less) appointments: $175

• 25-minute appointments: $225

• 40-minute appointments: $350

• 55-minute appointments: $425**

• **  Additional time is billed at $75 per 15-minute increment
